Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using GenGUI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use GenGUI for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization.

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account without our written permission.

Paid plans and credit packs are billed at the price and in the currency shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments; its terms also apply to payment processing. Credits are a limited license to use eligible GenGUI features, have no cash value, and may not be transferred or resold. Taxes may apply.

All purchases are final. GenGUI does not offer refunds. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Contact support@getgengui.com for billing help.

GenGUI, including its software, interface, branding, documentation, workflows, and underlying technology, is owned by GenGUI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of GenGUI.

You retain the rights you have in prompts, reference images, project files, and other material you submit (“User Content”). You grant GenGUI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display User Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with your settings and our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. You are responsible for reviewing and backing up your content and outputs.

You may not use GenGUI to:

• break the law, facilitate fraud, infringe rights, or distribute harmful content;
• harass others, abuse the service, or interfere with another user;
• bypass security, rate limits, access controls, payment, or credit metering;
• introduce malware, scrape at disruptive scale, or overload our infrastructure;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code, models, or system prompts except where law expressly permits it; or
• misrepresent AI output as verified, safe, or endorsed by GenGUI or Roblox.

GenGUI uses artificial intelligence. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, similar to another user's output, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must review and test all generated code, interfaces, and assets before publishing or relying on them.

We do not guarantee that output is unique, non-infringing, copyrightable, or free from third-party rights. As between you and GenGUI, and to the extent permitted by law and applicable provider terms, GenGUI does not claim ownership of your output.

GenGUI may include beta or experimental features. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, security events, or other downtime. Features, limits, credit costs, and integrations may change or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent storage, so keep independent backups.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenGUI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. GenGUI is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenGUI and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid GenGUI in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

You may stop using GenGUI or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.

We may update these Terms as GenGUI evolves. We will post the revised version and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
